WHO IS BEGUEL?

Hi, my name is Beguel. I’m 16 years old, and I’ve been working with digital art for 2 years. I’m still striving to keep improving my art more and more, and I hope to one day have the opportunity to work in the industry. I want my name to be recognized by many people and to keep reaching higher and higher. When someone commissions me, I try to be as communicative as possible—I always send sketches and keep them updated on the progress of the artwork. I also aim to deliver commissions as quickly as I can. My style is quite versatile, but I usually lean toward more stylized work, often blending it with more detailed painting.

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • Hello! These terms were created to clarify how my digital art service works (process, deadlines, payment, etc.) and to avoid issues during the commission.

  • Please read carefully before placing a request.

  • By hiring me, you agree to all the terms below.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission in case of violation of these terms or disrespect.

Project process

  • I work with one client at a time.

  • The queue is organized on a first-come, first-served basis. You can track your position on Trello:

  • If there are clients ahead of you, please wait your turn. Persistent insistence or pressure may result in refusal of your request.

  • I send sketches throughout the process until completion.

  • Changes are free during the sketch phase.

  • After approval, changes will be charged (depending on complexity).

  • Corrections of my own mistakes are always free.

  • Be clear and detailed when making your request.

  • Avoid vague descriptions.

  • Send references whenever possible.

  • Changes or additions must be made during the sketch phase.

Deadlines and Delivery

  • Illustrations: 1 to 2 months

  • Animations: 1 to 3 months

  • Deadlines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, personal matters, or travel.

  • I do not work on weekends or holidays, except for finalizations close to delivery.

  • In case of delays, you will be notified. I ask for your understanding — I’m human and unexpected things happen.

  • Limit of up to 6 commissions per month.

  • If slots are full, follow me on Twitter or request to be notified when availability opens.

Payment and Refunds

  • Payment via Pix, made before the commission starts.

  • I also accept the 50/50 model:

  • 50% before starting;

  • 50% at the final stage;

  • (Available only for amounts above R$30).

  • No refunds after the commission has started.

  • To ensure your satisfaction, I send 2 to 3 sketches before finalization.

  • Make sure you are satisfied with the proposal before approving.

Rights and Rules

  • I, the artist, retain the copyright of the artwork and may use it in my portfolio and social media unless agreed otherwise.

  • Whenever possible, credit the artist when posting the artwork.

  • Not allowed:

  • Using my art for AI training or NFTs;

  • Posting the artwork as if it were your own;

  • Using the artwork for hate speech or any form of discrimination.

  • I may cancel the commission in case of:

  • Disrespect, insults, or inappropriate behavior;

  • Lack of response from the client (the commission may be paused or canceled);

  • Excessive pressure to skip the queue;

Things I'LL NOT draw

  • NSFW.

  • Gore.

  • Problematic ships.
